5. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Payment

All program fees must be paid in accordance with the terms presented at the time of booking.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Refund Policy

Retreat and immersion payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If you are unable to attend, transfer eligibility (if any) will be outlined in your booking agreement.

Digital purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
